This seems to be a version of a bug that keeps popping up. See this post that charts its course over the last 2 1/2 years: WavesSysSvc Service Application High CPU Fan Constantly Rus

Maybe something that worked for one of those users will work for you? You (and everyone else) deserve a fix for this on Windows 11, no matter what front-line tech support may tell you. Make sure you upgrade the drivers (SupportAssist works, but check the BIOS version manually as well) before calling support (if you're under warranty of course).

 I was able to solve my issue, by going to the power option and resetting it to default.

I had also tried to lower the CPU usage option to 70% (to a lower percentage than 100).

 

Any of these two steps helped me solve my problem.

 

If the above steps do not solve your problem then do check the task manager for some random processes running in the background which causes the PC to slow down.
