Hinge cracked

Question

When I open it one day and the hinge cracked. Over the course of the next 5 days, screw  slip out from under the screen. It is design fault but now i dont know what to do...tried to reach Dell support but no use. This is not expected from Dell.very unsatisfied.i get scared every time i open my laptop that it will destroy my screen.
