How to activate office 365 whose activation offer period ended

I had purchased an inspiro. 14 series 5482 model with 1 year office 365 free subscription which i forget to activate within the activate on offer period.Now it shows that the office products are un license and is in view form only so how can i activate the product?

That license is a subscription that must be renewed and paid for every year. There is no way to activate now that the year is up. You would have to purchase another year subscription now even if you had used the free offer.

There were a lot of people complaining about not being able to activate Office 365 on the first go around anyway.

Seems more like a sales gimmick to me. No big loss.

Since Office 365 is online, one might as well sign up for a Microsoft email address and get access to online Word and Excel. I have that with my Hotmail account.

@nyc10036 But it ain't possible for people who want to use it offline even for myself i prefer using offline as it is easy and its difficult to always have internet connections.

If you want offline to use the software, then you have to buy Microsoft Office Home and Student 2019 for $150. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/office-home-student-2019/cfq7ttc0k7c8

If you just need to create documents, try something like OpenOffice or LibreOffice. I use LibreOffice Writer for my resume.
