How to get access to FX?

The RGB keyboard is an option on some of these models -- it is not standard.  There are both backlit and non-backlit keyboards, and with the backlight, there is a monochrome option and the RGB option.

You can use the service tag at dell.com/support to look up your system's specifications - but if you see only a monochrome backlight, that's what you have.

As the Dell G15 5511 is only days old, advocate that you raise a Service Request as soon as possible to ask Dell to check if this system has faults, so they can fix them. I downloaded everything.  I still can't use FX.  Why because I don't have WARRANTY repairs for this computer?  The last time I signed up for repairs it cost me 300 bucks. When I need to use it, NOT ONE FREAKING TECH CONTACT ME. NOT ONE.
