I cannot update drivers with Support Assist
Hello, I have a Dell Inspiron 5584. I usually use Support Assist to update drivers but today, when I was trying to do so, there was a message telling the downloading failed. I tried many times with the same result. Then I went to the drivers page and searched for the ones that were not updated and there were the ones I was trying to update but when I tried to download there was a message telling that the downloading was blocked because it could hurt my laptop.
Please could you tell me what to do, what is the problem, because 2 of the 4 drivers not updated are supposedly critical for my laptop.

You were trying to change to drivers that do not match your original drivers. Laptops almost never get any updates. Keep your original drivers. Sign up to be notified if Dell ever issue any updates for your model. Support Assist can be wrong at times..

What is your operating system and are you using the latest SupportAssist v3.9.2.57 [check at Options (gear icon) | About SupportAssist as shown below], and what driver updates are failing?
I've noticed some odd behaviour recently with SupportAssist on my Inspiron 5584 and after reading your post I created a new topic in the SupportAssist for PCs board at SupportAssist v3.9.2 Says Update Failed But Software Version Updated.
I ran a manual check for updates today and SupportAssist recommended I update my Realtek Memory Card Reader Driver to v10.0.18362.31252. However, the support page <here> for my Inspiron 5584 shows this update was released back on 06-Aug-2019 and this driver update has never been recommended by a previous version of SupportAssist. I'm still investigating but at this point I'm not even sure I have a Realtek Memory Card Reader on my system.
