Ignorant response from customer support
This thread regards the ignorant behaviour of dell customer support regarding my refund process. My case[ / , in brief, started on the day of June 28, 2021 when I was instructed my one of the executives for a motherboard replacement. But when the technician arrived he told me there is no requirement of motherboard replacement at that time and hence suggested me to go for the refund process. I accepted the refund terms laid by the executive. But its been till date that i haven't received my refund.
To the same, I contacted the Dell Customer Support and for the two months and on every complaint I am being told to wait for next 7 business days for them to confirm the issue. They are not even providing any information about the refund, no mail nothing. I even sent my account statement on their request a month ago but no reply over the same.
Its just like i am asking the refund for the service which I have not been even provided with.

Sir, I have no options left other than posting a thread over the forum as my all emails and customer care calls have been ignored. It seems that I am begging for my own money paid to Dell without even availing the service.
