Inspirion 3793 Audio Randomly quits

Question

I'm running W10 V.20H2, OS Build 19042.985:   Every now and then my sound just completely quits. It will come back on when it gets ready, restarting does not work. It always quits when it's not being used. For example, when you first start it up in the morning, it won't work. OR, your watching a video, that video ends, you pick the next video, it starts no sound. It never quits while sound is playing. The other day it wasn't working and I had a video on loop while I tried to find the issue. I got frustrated and walked away, an hour later when I was working on something else, the sound came back on between loops of the video (it was in a separate tab in the background), I had forgot all about it, and was focusing hard on what I was working on, and suddenly that music started blaring at 100% volume. I almost turned my chair over I jumped so hard.   I've been fighting with this for almost a year. I have reinstalled windows once due to another problem, did not affect the sound any. I do want to mention that just 6 months after I got this laptop, the wifi/bluetooth adapter quit and I had to replace it, so I don't know if this is the sound problem, or if it's a software issue. The sound driver is up to date (the newest one on the Dell download page, or the Realtek website. Running the troubleshooter is a waste of time, I don't think it could find the problem if you handed the problem to it. I'm trying to think what else I can tell you that might help. But as far as the problem goes nothing I've tried has helped me get close to the problem. As I said the drivers are up to date, going to the device manager and checking does not show anything, I've looked up and ran the commands through the Powershell, it shows nothing. Sounds like what was going on with the wifi adapter it was intermittent also until it completely quit. Troubleshooter doesn't find a problem. i know the chance of figuring out a random problem is almost impossible, so I've just dealt with it.
