Inspiron 13-5379 wireless issue

Hi,

I bought a new Inspiron 13-5379 last week (last Thursday). Ran all updates and installed Office 2016 (did not know Office 365 trial pre-installed) and removed trial Anti virus software, using only Windows Defender st this stage.

I installed Firefox setup home page and use Google to search few things. But I could not get to the link, any link with TLS waiting. I switched to IE 11 and Chrome but they did not help, same problem again, just hung AFTER few searches.

I used other Inspiron (13-7000 series I  bought 18 months back) looking for solutions and what I did

- Set SSL;  diabled Windows Defender; Clean cookies; re-installed Windows; re-installed wireless driver but could not fix the problem.

Yesterday, I bought an adapter (USB - RJ45) and machine works perfectly. This morning, I removed wireless card driver again re-installed it but problem won't go away.

Note: I've using many Dell notebooks and at least  half dozen of Dell's around my house. They are all working except the new Inspiron.

Please help.

Regards.

I also have the same problem with two Inspiron13 5379 bought early this year. The problem is even worse when working with e-mails in outlook.com and need to send messages with attachments. Every time I must turn the power off then on again or restart the computer to have a message sent.

Not to mention of course about Onedrive and DropBox. It's absolutely impossible to upload any files and when is in update stage every internet connection is lost.

I tried with a LAN cable and everything works fine! E-mail, DropBox, OneDrive all work perfectly!

Does is it mean that something is wrong with wireless adapter on Inspiron 5379? I have updated the drivers but nothing changed.

Can someone from Dell support reply on this?

Thanks
