Inspiron 13 7370 touchpad problems and driver
Hi - newly purchased Inspiron 13 7370 (win10, 16Gb, 512Gb PCie SSD). UK version. Initial configuration and updates done. My problem is configuring the touchpad. I like to use two finger scrolling up & down, which currently does work but behaves erratically, sometimes it will scroll smoothly, at others it will jump to the top or bottom of the webpage. There are no touchpad settings under "mouse" in Control Panel, and there don't seem to be any touchpad drivers in your support pages. Please advise how to download/install touchpad drivers, or how to configure the touchpad.

Does the erratic pointer movement happen with all the application & different browsers?
This system has a precision driver & is native & there is no sperate driver available. The driver updates are completed through Windows updates.
Type settings on the start menu – Devices-Touchpad – try different sensitivity settings & choose what suits you.
For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
