What happen when you start the computer? Do you get any error message or does it loop with the booting screen?

 

Has there been any recent software changes like installing a new game, anti-virus or Windows updates?

It has been flashing horizontal lines occasionly over the last few weeks sometimes blurring out completely. So today I ran all of the diagnostics off of the Dell site including what you sent me and everything came back normal and working. So I left to have dinner came back tried to boot the computer and there's nothing on the screen at all so I basically can't do anything I can't see a mouse I can't see anything besides the little light on the power button and I have power that on and off a couple of times.
***I meant to say I can't see a pointer, also I have not done anything new on it lately besides using my photo shop which has been giving me trouble loding photos as well.
