Inspiron 15 5555 processor upgrade

Hello, i recently got my hands on a new dell inspiron 15 5555 series. It has 12gb of ram and 1TB of hard drive storage. Though it's processor is AMD8-7410 APU Radeon R5 Graphics with the clockspeed of 2.3 GHz and 4 cores. I did research and that processor is very old. I am interested in video editing on the laptop but with this processor, the video editing would not run as smoothly. I am not planning to go up to 4k video editing. I've done research and seen that it is nearly impossible to upgrade Inspiron 15 5555 processors and CPU's as they are built into the motherboard. My question is, is it possible to buy a whole new motherboard and replace my current motherboard in the dell inspiron with a new one with a better AMD processor (possible intel core i5 or i7)? Or should i simply buy a whole new laptop?
