Yes, this model does support a backlit keyboard.  That said, you can't replace just the keyboard -- the entire palmrest assembly (which contains the keyboard) needs to be replaced.  In turn, that means a total system tear down.

You'll want to carefully review the service manual before undertaking the process -- and clear a large workspace and a block of time if you've never done anything like this before, as it is not a trivial undertaking.

Hi, I reviewed the comments and come to know is it really working good as dell standard, Because i dont know about my dell laptop i5 8th Gen 5000 5570 processor with non backlit keyboard. This is irritating to work in night time. So i am also want know about backlit keyboard option for my laptop, PLEASE SUGGEST IF POSSIBLE, thank you...

There is a backlit option, but the keyboard can't be replaced by itself -- you must replace the entire palmrest assembly.
