Inspiron 15 5570, error code 2000-01246 validation 128561

I decided to buy a Dell vs my usual Mac. I'm 8 months/13 days outside my year warranty (November 23, 2019) and now getting this message. I can't seem to fix it. I cannot believe it's a part failure since I've never had issues with any of my Mac products. The only way to repair this issue is replace the hard drive? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.
