Inspiron 15 7559 - SSD Upgrade
Hey there!
I'm about to add an SSD into my Dell Inspiron 15 7559 into M.2 Slot... Though i'm not sure if the one i selected is compatible with laptop.. Anyone able to confirm it ?
I've Selected HP S700 120GB M.2 |
Size of it is 80 x 22 x 3,8 mm ... and power supply is intergrated in the link, Type of connect is M.2 SATA.
Is it going to work.. or should i look for something else?

Not stupid at all...computers can get pretty confusing at times.
I assume you are talking about the key on the slot and the key on the SSD. A SATA SSD with B and M slots can fit either key on the motherboard slot. The SSD you chose will work. The post below shows the procedure.

And a little explanation.

That drive will work. It is SATA III 2280. And from what I can see, the prices are very competitive.
