Inspiron 15 7567 Stuck in Boot Loop

My Inspiron 15 7567 is stuck in a boot loop where it gets to the Dell logo with the loading circle and either hard shuts down and starts back up or freezes completely.  I managed to get into the BIOS and found that there was a system log for ASF2 Power Off.  I also flashed the BIOS update to 1.9.0.  What are the next recommended steps?

You have run the boot diagnostics on the system?

If it can't get past the loading screen, you may be getting some type of Secure Boot limitation.  Have you changed anything lately?

Did this start just recently and did you get any updates just before it did?

How are you running the drives on your system and what kind and how many?

Are you running the Corsair as an NVMe drive or using the Intel controller?  I will assume the Corsair is your boot drive..

The Boot Diagnostics should be a boot option using the F12 key at startup..

I looked up the Corsair drive and it appears to be an M.2 NVMe x2 drive.  I haven't seen one of those for many years.  I suppose there is a chance the drive is having a problem because of age or current Win 10 builds.

I have run the hardware diagnostics.  I'm not sure how to get to the boot diagnostics.

I haven't changed anything in terms of Secure Boot prior to this incident.

This started very recently, and I don't think I had an Windows updates right before it.

I have an M.2 Corsair MP300 240Gb SSD that I'm booting off of and a Seagate hard drive that I can't remember the specs of right now

" I managed to get into the BIOS and found that there was a system log for ASF2 Power Off. I also flashed the BIOS update to 1.9.0. "

According to the link below, I would think the latest BIOS 1.9.0 would have fix the problem.

You tried to reset BIOS to defaults to see if that will make any difference:

" I have run the hardware diagnostics. I'm not sure how to get to the boot diagnostics ".

Saltgrass says it perfectly.... "The Boot Diagnostics should be a boot option using the F12 key at startup.."

After quick tests finished in diagnostic ( ePSA Pre-boot System Assessment), select Hard drive and then Thorough Test Mode.
