Lastly I have updated my Win 10 to the latest version and then I was able to install the Intel UHD 620 Driver. Now I can control lights, brightness, resolutions etc. Please note down this incident for future references. Other users will have the same problem. My current Win 10 Pro x64 OS version build is 18362 where as earlier my build was 10586. In earlier build versions I guess the software you guys are getting from Intel for UHD drivers are not compatible. Anywyas, thanks for your time. Happy to found a solution at last.
