Inspiron 3493 CPU Change
My Inspiron 3493 has an i5-1035G7 and I was wondering what CPU's are compatible with this laptop. I need a faster processor because I do a lot of CAD work on this and it's starting to slow down.

You can't change the CPU without replacing the system board -- and even then you will still have a low-end system with significant limitations relative to what you want to run.
You really need a higher-end system -- a Precision workstation is best suited, though an XPS might also work. You can't tow a 5,000 pound trailer with a Hyundai Accent -- and you won't run CAD on the computer equivalent.
