Inspiron 3493: Can I disable intel RST?

Hi and welcome.

Can my device disable intel RST?
I tried looking in the bios and couldn't get to the setting to disable this.
My friend told me that some dell laptops are not allowed to disable intel RST.
So I want to know: Is my device among these devices?
If yes: How can I install linux?
And if no: What is the option name in the bios?
Note: I want to disable intel RST because I want to install linux mint beside windows, But the linux mint installer did not detect my hard disk, Instead I see an error message with a link to:
