Inspiron 3511, Amazon, invalid Service Tag

I purchased dell inspiron 3511 from amazon, but when i going to register my device they did not detect my pc service tag i.e invalid service tag, i did a call to dell techinical support they are asking me to dell order id but when we call to amazon they sey we dont have any dell order id, amazon customer care are saying to me to take a service denial letter from dell but dell coistumer support not giving me that

Return period is over and i did not have box

If entering the service tag that shows on the setup screen (F2 at powerup) doesn't result in registration success, return the system to Amazon for a refund.

Was the system purchased from Amazon.com itself, or from a storefront or seller on Amazon?

I am seeing two service tag in dell app that is preinstalled in my laptop. i have ppid on charger is different from ppid in dell app in power managment section .

The system service tag is in setup (F2 at powerup).  If there is a mismatch between it and what's on the system label, contact the seller for an explanation.

This Inspiron 3511 shows as shipped from Dell on September 26, 2022 to a reseller, Earth Syscom Pvt. LTD. India. We do not see any reference to Amazon.

The PPID on the battery and AC power adapter will be different.
