Inspiron 3541 Beeping

My dell inspiron 3541 has a continuous 5 beeps forever, even in the operating system. I've replaced the CMOS battery and I don't think that's the problem, the system clock seems to be fully functional. I do not understand what's causing this error. I've tried support assist diagnostics, preboot diagnostics, and even memtest and they all report no errors. It's so annoying I had to unplug the speaker system from the motherboard to make it stop. Since then, I used the computer daily for months and it works perfectly fine. I plugged the speakers back in to see if the problem has gone away and it still hasn't. Before I did that, I clean installed windows, updated all the drivers, and updated the bios and the problem still persists. I'm sick of taking the entire laptop apart over and over trying to fix a computer that's not broken.

Replace the battery. If you still get the 5-beep error after replacing the battery, it's the clock chip itself that has failed - the mainboard needs to be replaced.

Continuous beep is usually a bad motherboard. So start off by getting rid of the static power by turning off the computer, remove the battery, ac adapter, and the power cable. Press and hold down the power button for at least thirty. After that, reconnect the AC adapter and the power cable, then try to start it.

By AC adapter do you mean the part inside the laptop? Also should I take out the CMOS battery as well when I do that? I tried removing the power cable and main battery and holding the power button before posting this and it didn't do anything. Also I just want to clarify it's a series of 5 beeps with a short delay.

As far as parts of the motherboard going bad, I'm not sure which ones because all the connectivity works and the clock keeps an accurate time as well.

I have replaced the CMOS battery which did not fix the problem. Also the system clock still keeps an accurate time, so I hardly consider that broken. (Dell's ePSA and SupportAssist tools also reported the clock module passed the tests) I'm equally interested in stopping the beep as fixing whatever problem there is (considering neither me nor the diagnostics tools could find any). If there's some kind of hack to make the beep stop (my previous solution was removing the speakers) that is more helpful than telling me to buy a new mobo for an old computer.

Reset BIOS to defaults to see if it will make a difference. You could do this by following steps below:
