Inspiron 3581 Blue Screen When on Battery

I have brand new Dell laptop for a month now, Inspiron 3581. Since It gives BSOD screen randomly when it is working on battery. You never know when it crashes. Sometimes when it is on idle, sometimes while I am just using a web browser. When it is plugged in, there is not a single problem no matter how hard work it processes and it works perfectly. This blue screens show up only when working on battery. I tried all the power plans high performance, power saving, balanced...nothing worked. BIOS is up to date. All the hardware passes all the tests, seems no problem with any hardware. I installed Windows 10 several times and the drivers, and I am sure it is not about the OS or the drivers. There seem 'Kernel-power 41(63)' problems in the events and no minidump files. Some of the BSOD codes I could catch are as follows:

UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION

CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

KERNEL DATA INPAGE ERROR dxgkrnl.sys

Since I need to use it everyday, I cannot send it to the repairment at the moment. What can I do? I guess this model needs a BIOS update or something. Please help me.

I installed the OS again and I did not install any antivirus software. I have been using as this for like one week and no problems occured so far. I am not sure if the antivirus software caused the problem though. I'll keep on observing for sure and edit here if anything comes up later.

I would not update the BIOS as this error is not usually BIOS related. The following linked video might help.

I'll do it. I think this suggestion refers to the possibility that the hard drive causes the problem, right? Honestly, I do not think that is the problem. Because each time it shows different code as you see. If it were stemming from the malfunction of the hard drive, wouldn't it still give blue screens when it is plugged in? As I said, not a single problem occurs while working plugged in. So this makes me think there's a problem with the power management when on battery. Thanks anyway.

Great! I am glad to hear that.

Did it really help?

Because I have exactly the same problem usually once a month and I have no idea how to fix it.

And I do not have antiviruses
