Inspiron 5570 Touchpad Issue

The touchpad is too sensitive. I don't find any adjustment in Device Manager. Can I adjust it?

Click on search on the taskbar (Cortana). Type in touchpad and you will be presented with a menu choice of touchpad settings. You can adjust sensitivity, etc. in that menu.

Can I shutdown TouchPad? When mouse is connected to Laptop, TouchPad is more harm then help.
