Inspiron 5570, error code 2000-0161
My Inspiron 5570 has detected a failing component. This is a new machine replaced less than a week ago due to an identical error. The error message is as follows:
Service Tag :
Error Code : 2000-0161
Validation : 100936
Hard Drive - No NVMe Drive detected on PCI tag 00B8, NamespaceID 0B
Attempting to enter these details at supportassist is refused with the message "You have entered an invalid ePSA request, please check your details and try again".
As this is the second machine to experience this problem (I do not believe I have treated the machines in any way out of the ordinary) I am unsure what my next step should be.

Thank you for your message. The error indicates that there could be a hard drive (NVMe detected) error.
Is the computer booting to the desktop screen? If the system boots, try updating the BIOS.
If the system is under warranty, please share the service tag along with the registered name & email address on a private message.
If the warranty has expired, you can contact the out of warranty team for further assistance.
