Inspiron 5584 Video card Nvidia cannot be installed ?
Dears
I can not install Video card Nvidia GTX130 for my laptop recently bought. I am using win 10 Enterprise N
i tried the driver from DELL website but failed. kindly advice

I just want to be clear on your question. You have a new 5584 and cannot install the driver for your Nvidia GPU correct? The GPU that is in your system is actually the MX 130. Are you sure you are installing the correct driver? Have you tried the Nvidia site and the drivers there? What happens when you try to install the driver, that is what kind of an error or message are you seeing?

Unfortunately I have exactly the same problem.
New Inspiron 5584 with Nvidia Geforce MX130
Win 10 Home ver. 1909
Everything work fine but I can't install driver for MX130.
Neither from Dell webpage nor Nvidia.
I tried 3 drivers and got error messge in all cases.
It is a joke. I have never encountered such a case.

In other words use an older version of Nvidia driver in safe mode.

So the solution is the following.
1. switch to safe mode
2. download Nvidia driver from DELL website and install it
ANY drivers from Nvidia website will not work.
It is a shame.
