Inspiron 7400, so many issues, support never help
Please look into these issues with my 4 month old laptop. Cost me over $2200. But it is not helping me at all. Back to back issues. Blue Screen Errors 3 times so far, Screen Freezing issues, Screen Blackout issues. Please see the attachments also. Please help this time again. And freeze what can we do, this is the 3rd time im asking support of Dell. But there is still a problem. Since Jovan said this can be a system issue I tried to fresh install Windows 10 using USB. But it says ""no device drivers were found". How come this can happen? I have used my Lenovo ThinkPad for a long time but have not experienced these issues. This is the last time that I'm gonna ask for your support. I have to share this bad experience with headquarters of Dell USA. And will not recommend it to anyone. If someone can help installing Windows please help by tomorrow. I'm having a really bad experience with this laptop. Really disappointed. We buy a laptop to make our day easier and to get our work done but this Dell laptop is making me lose money. If you contact support they will run hardware support tool then will say this is a system issue. When we going to install windows there's no drivers, it says.

All OEMs follow this protocol so this is not something new.
Since you mentioned Fake Licence I can not give you the steps on this Forum, Google it and you will find it. You need an ISO (Pro) and a USB drive.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

You may backup your machine and initiate SupportAssist Cloud restore
This will download a clean Copy of Dell's OS wiping out the factory copy.
F12 > SupportAssist OS recovery > RESET > RESET and update
Problem not fixed ?? Now you know that it's not software as you have just wiped the Entire OS and downloaded a new one and you can now focus of hardware part of the issue.
Open SupportAssist > Troubleshooting > I want to troubleshoot my PC > Scan a specific Piece of hardware > Memory Stress test
Perform the same test with SSD, Graphic card and Processor and you will find your Culprit.

Those are done already. What Dell support from Malaysia explained to me is reinstall windows 10, my windows 10 pro license was a fake one (Which i used for 2 years in my Lenovo ThinPad). Then I reinstalled windows 10. Then by default it installed 10 home.
However this guy told me that Dell has injected Windows 10 home license to my motherboard. So whenever I do a fresh windows installation it will install windows 10 home, then i always have to upgrade from there. Meaning my Dell laptop is forever Windows 10 Home and I can not remove it from it but can upgrade using digital key only. Who asked to do so. I just asked a machine why do they do that. I should have the flexibility to install any OS that i want. This is so disappointed. Im gonna sell this laptop.
