Inspiron 7500 CABC Issue

Question

I just bought an Inspiron 7500 and can't find any way to disable the backlight from dimming on dark images. I've researched and tried turning off Display Power Savings in the Intel Graphics Command Center, there is no 'Adaptive Brightness' option for Display in the power options, updated BIOS to V1.3.1 and could not find any option to disable CABC. It's driving me crazy looking for a way to stop the dimming. Can anyone help??

Hi CM, sorry was a bit slow getting back to the forums. Did you have any luck with tech support?

I ended up returning my laptop I don't think it was a quick fix, so couldn't wait to get it right. There was no luck from tech with everything we tried.
