It should work since it is shown on page 22. Did it work out of the box and then stop working? Or never worked? Does Windows key + X, followed by U then S work to enter Sleep?
Sorry to hear about that. Have you checked to confirm if both Windows updates: https://dell.to/2Bb0JHL and Dell drivers: https://dell.to/2VO0ewV are installed? Running outdated drivers could be the reason. Let me know.

Didn't work out of the box. And yes the sleep function works through the way you stated.
