Inspiron 7590 2n1 Warning the service tag has not been programmed
User turned computer on and is receiving the following message. "Warning the service tag has not been programmed" How do I go about setting the Service Tag? Or how do I get this error to not pop up every time I boot?

If you can't return it--The tag can usually be entered in the bios. Check for a sticker with the service tag. (Do not post tag here in the forum. It is not allowed)

If the system is new from Dell, best bet: return it for replacement. If it's older than 30 days but was purchased from Dell, contact support to have the mainboard replaced under warranty.
If it was purchased new or used from a third party or used, ask the seller to replace it or refund your money.
