Inspiron G3 15 3590, hinge broken, #21
Hello. Sadly Im another one into this ship. Bought this laptop in December 2019. Unfortunately during this month, the screen hinge has been broken. I created a case number , however Dell Support close it recently. I can't believe it that due to a design error, this machine is not working properly and my son who has 6 years olds, will need it for his classes but it seems that Dell does not want to to help me with this issue.
They said that the warranty has been expired! but this is not a simple solution, like to replace a hard drive or a memory! Dell is not taking any action about it. I'm really frustrated and disappointed with Dell support.
