Inspiron G5-5587 nVidia Error Code 43 after system board replace?

 The laptop system board was already replaced by Dell or so they stated, to resolve blue screen errors in Steam video games which make it useless to us since it is only intended for game use. All games using nVidia always cause nVidia device error 43 and require re-install of driver or removal of driver first. He can play for 1 to approx. 60 min. but it will always crash and we have photos and video.

Has anyone else had these nVidia problem even after system board was replaced?  I se a lot of complaints about nVidia and just want to know are people getting stuck with these unresolved nVidia issues after system board replacement?

Dell support quality has varied and I can look forward to more calls where driver is again downloaded and re-installed; all just to waste my time and hope I give up. I can send all the photos of the video error 43 triangle,  video of games crashing and blue screens. No one from Dell calls back even after setting up a scheduled call.

The clearer the evidence of continued problems the sooner they want to get off the phone and setup a 'next' call.

On one recent call a game switched to the Intel card after the nVidia crash. That was new. And the tech rep said that is fine. Everything is fine and just use the Intel card. Thats some option. I even had to explain there were two graphics cards in the first place which got the tech all excited that there was a way out of this for them.

Am now getting ready to make my 10th(?) phone call to Dell in the morning. But the question is should I push to once again replace the system board?

Hi, did you somehow managed to solve this problem?

I have the same error 43 on my dell g5 15 5500, the service guys said its motherboard issue, so they will replace it with new one, i hope it will solve the problem, but as i can see your problem is still there even after motherboard replacement... What the heck
