Inspiron N5110 not starting error code 2000 0111

error code 2000 0111 means there is something wrong with your ram instructions.

Try running it with out the battery.

and try running it with one stick of DDR at a time to see which one is bad.

removed a ram, start system with one ram same issue. Again remove existing put other one, changed the ram slot but same issue.

I have downgraded the bios to A3 version. System has started normally but after few hours same issue.

Again upgraded the bios back to A11. Again system started normally and worked whole day without any issue. Next day again same issue with same error code. Could this be an issue with hdd or bios chip?

Plz help unable to start my system.

Nothing is working till now..
