We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.
My 3 year old Dell is stuck in reboot cycle also. It did a update on Dec. 9, 2021 and has not worked proper since. Bios events have it listed. I am on my 20 year old HP right now and if I have to get another laptop it will be a HP because I am seeing all the problems Dell has with this. I looked up on things to do from Dell sight and it did not help.
