Why don't you go into, "Device Manager," scroll down to DISPLAY and dbl click on it. Dbl click on the "620," and update from there, if you really need to. If it ain't broke, why fixit?
I would go along with the msg you are getting and get the heck out.

Maybe, I'm not understanding your post or maybe, you missed my post.
Device Manager reports I have the best driver for my device.
Maybe, you missed Intel prompt.
Intel Driver wants to update on my DELL machine and as per Intel .... the Driver has not been validated. And Intel points me to DELL for the appropriate driver.
Or, DELL and Intel can get together and sort out why Intel driver wants to update... but, driver has not been validated. On a home/consumer machine user should not have to do anything. DELL SupportAssist says I've no updates. Were there a recommended update. DELL SupportAssist surely would do the job.
Maybe, DELL is too busy patching security holes. My first DELL. My last DELL. My $.02.

If you want to install the Intel reference graphics drivers you'll want to install using the .INF instead of Setup.exe method https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html
