Intel Optane Memory - No valid disk pairs in your system Inspiron 5000

Hi, I have a Dell Inspiron 5000 Model 5502 laptop.

An error message is coming up every so often in my notifications saying the intel optane memory is at risk. When I open the Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management app, it says: 

'There are no valid disk pairs in your system'

How do I fix this?
