If you click on compatible systems the 7577 is not listed, therefor the driver must not be compatible with your system. Have you tried the Intel site here? And read the notes as the driver on their site is for Intel Optane and Intel SSD.

Found by Dell 7577 Service Tag
A package from the Intel web-site has the very same installation error in the logs.

Which SATA driver are you using now. Device Manager > Storage Controller.
If you Intel Rapid Storage > Switch to Microsoft Sata controller
Reboot, open programs and feature and uninstall Intel Rapid storage
Now this Driver should work fine.

Last resource run SupportAssist and Let it install the drivers
