Uninstall Smartbytes if you have it on your Dell laptop.

I've never actually used smartbytes, What does it do exactly?

Not sure, but if it installed, you'll want to remove it.
Many reports about it slowing down internet speed.

Ah I see, I uninstalled it and it is working much better now though there is talk of it reinstalling by itself but thank you because that really helped!

Ah I see, I uninstalled it and it is working much better now though there is talk of it reinstalling by itself but thank you because that really helped!
