Issues with Inspiron 5579

It's just that I haven't been getting responses and I'm kinda impatient, although i had waited a while before writing a reply to a potential solution.

Try the following forum post. The reset procedure is described and as stated in the post, if this does not help then you are looking at replacing the hard drive. As you stated no errors were found but the fact that the hard drive is not found is actually an error and is probably an indication of a failed drive.
