For office computer also , I opted for a different brand.
As a solution from Dell side, they can give a replacement computer for all the buyers of 5593, at a discount of 70-80 % of the selling price of new computer. Like how tire companies giving replacement for the damaged tires
Customers will be happy , else this will be the beginning of the decline of Dell brand .
You may want to get a can of Air and clean the keyboard to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also click here for troubleshooting your keyboard/
Have you recently installed any hardware or software into the system? Click here and update the system bios. Also, start the computer and tap the F12 key. Choose to run the ePSA diags on the system.
