Try using an external USB keyboard. If the external one has no problem, then likely a hardware problem in the laptop keyboard. Boot into the BIOS and in Windows SafeMode and test the keyboard. If still not working, you can replace the keyboard.
It feels worst that this problem has happened when I spent so much amount on the same..This is my first laptop of my life and I trusted Dell..I feel very bad as the main keyboard was also useful ...I had full trust on Dell...I din't use the keyboard the entire year and then too such problem.....
