Keyboard RGB color change problem.

Hello, I have the same problem too!!

I first thought that my keyboard(laptop keyboard) is not an RGB keyboard(only one color is white).

I tried various shortcuts for changing colors.(mostly fn + c)

But it didn't work. When I am finally about to give up, I got a thought.

If I pressed F5 key(backlit enable key), it is changing the brightness of the backlit.

So, then I thought that if the backlit brightness is able to change, that means the keyboard is a smart keyboard.

It is an RGB keyboard but, the color feature is not working!

Also, it is a gaming laptop.

Color: Platinum

Keyboard: illuminated keyboard

 

Note: Even if the keyboard is not an RGB keyboard, the white lights should be able to glow in patterns.
