Keyboard backlighting

I have an Inspiron 14 7000.

1. How can I adjust the brightness of the backlit keyboard?

2. How can switch the backlighting on and off?

3. How do I adjust the timeout of the keyboard backlighting?

Thanks

Adjustments are through the Windows mobility center (start-run-mblctr.exe).

Thanks for your reply. The options I have in the Mobility centre are shown below. You will see there is nothing re keyboard brightness

@Sultan1974

Power-on and start tapping the " f 2 " key.

Under "System Setup Options" then "System Configuration"

Thanks for your reply, but not being very IT literate, what does BIOS mean and where will I find the controls to adjust the keyboard lighting?

It has been suggested that the controls are in the Windows Mobility Centre in the Control Panel. However as you will see from the screen shot below, there is nothing relating to keyboard backlighting
