Keyboard issues not resolved
I've had my laptop for just short of 2 years. From the beginning the keyboard has not worked properly. The cursor decides to move around whenever it feels like it causing me to overwrite text. I have to move the cursor back to the of the paragraph to continue typing. I thought it was because my hand might be hitting the mouse pad but I've made an effort to be sure that's not happening and I'm still having a problem. I had the keyboard replaced a few months back and it didn't improve much.
Zoom calls keep disconnecting and microphone drops out. I've had to use an external microphone. Same thing when I did a Microsoft Team meeting. I had to ask the participants to wait while I dialed in instead.
Then there's the touch screen problem. It decides to work when it feels like it which is usually for a short time after I reboot it.
I bought a Dell because I thought the brand was reliable. I can't believe I have to replace this laptop already. I had my HP laptop for 5 years. Very disappointing.

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

This one is a bit trick cause you cant just grab another keypad from Amazon or on ebay.
Probably more difficult to replace but if you love the machine call that nerd friend of yours and he/she will grumpily replace it for you. Good luck
