" I tried making a usb bootable for repairing the windows to see if It could work and even a clean install "

----------------------------------------------------

You created USB bootable drive from the Microsoft site

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

If yes, you perform the steps correctly to get into Dell Preboot menu?

1. Power off system. Plugged bootable flash drive into port

2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Boot Menu in top right corner of screen.

By the way, error code mean:

Troubleshoot Windows Boot Manager error - 0xC0000225 "Status not found" - Virtual Machines | Microsoft Docs

Hello! Yes I did all the mentioned steps and yes the windows image I use is from the official Microsoft website. As I said before in Bios the installation did start but gets stuck in the windows 10 logo. Also the mentioned 0xc0000225 is from Windows Recovery so the error you mentioned I'm not sure if it's the same. Thank you in advance.

You can try using Rufus to create a bootable USB flash drive from the Windows 10 ISO.

Also, try using a different USB flash drive.

I already did that to create a USB device for UEFI and for Bios with a official Windows ISO image but none of them work, as mentioned before one doesn't even start and the other one gets stuck in the windows logo.

Any updates BriKanon? You purchased a new flash drive or use a different one to create windows 10 media? The computer is up and running again?

Hello there! So far no progress, I did tried using 3 different USBs but the problem was still there. We decided to try installing Windows directly to the hard disk and there was no problem installing it but when putting it back to the computer and turning it on, it gets stuck in the windows logo and can't even access to the recovery options because after the logo and "repairing" screen it just restarts.

If you are doing a clean installation with a USB flash drive that was created using Rufus and Microsoft's Windows 10 ISO, there is not much need for "recovery".

The fact that you mention that is puzzling. I am having a hard time understanding what difficulty you are encountering.

I myself I don't actually know why I can't use windows, and just mentioned the recovery part because It just starts by itself and many tutorials I found use it. I'm having a hard time finding what stops the computer from starting windows and the problem's been there for 2 months already. I even tried updating the BIOS in case it was a problem with it and now I'm considering just using Linux instead because I can't find how to use Windows 10 again in it.

I doubt you will have any more success with Linux if you are unable to install Windows 10.

I suggest looking at Youtube video or two on the process.
