Laptop overheating while playing gta 5

My dell g3 15 3500 CPU is overheating continuously while playing GTA 5. I always run the game on performance mode but still, the laptop automatically shuts down while playing GTA 5 due to overheating. My laptop specs are-

CPU - INTEL Core i5 10300H

GPU - NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650

RAM - 8 GB

LAPTOP MODEL - DELL G3 15 3500
