If they are both genuine Dell, they should be interchangeable.

I have not clue what those part numbers are.
Perhaps a link to the items in question?

Da65nm191 is current latitude 3410 ac power supply model # I have.
La65Ns2-01 is the ac power supply model I am asking if compatible with this?
Or I only need concern output voltage 19.5V, current 3.34A, and same 4.5-3.0mm pin plug are enough, as I am not expert, so ask the question.
Many Thx.
