Left Shift, Left Control, Home, and End Keys Do not Work

I need some help.  I have tried to follow some of the forum ideas, such as reloading drivers and checking for sticky shift keys, but that is not the problem.  I keep the computer updated regularly and do not make a mess with food or any debris.  BLUF: Left Shift, Left Control, Home, and End Keys Do not Work. 
I also cannot drag a folder or a file with my mouse.

Any ideas to assist me?  Besides that, it's a great computer, but I paid good money and want my money's worth.
