Loading Forever Help!

I have a Dell Inspiron and recently I was just playing a game and all of the sudden I got a blue screen saying irql or iqrl not less or equal and when I loaded up my laptop again, I used my password and it just keeps loading until maybe a few hours when it loads up with hi, we are getting your (.............) ready. So I did a factory reset but it says error. Then I wait 5 hours and it pops up with the desktop bit and it finally loads but keeps flashing is this a Trojan and is it possible to get rid of?

Press F12 a few times at powerup, boot to the Dell diagnostics, and run a full system test.

Next question would be, what model system and is there more than one drive in it?

Hi @DanDoesGaming  welcome to this user to user forum. This is not Dell Support.

Your system seems have been confused about something, and the only option is to press on the power button. A brief power button press will log user out of account, but keep system running. A sustained power button press will shut the system down. After three failed power on attempts, the system will give user options to fix and/or recover the system.

Now that you have diagnostic beeps, click on Product Support and allow it to recognise your system, then go to Documentation to open your Service Manual. Scroll all the way down to Troubleshooting and open Diagnostics to get list of your diagnostic codes and what problem has been detected.
