Lock screen flicker on boot
I have windows 11 on my laptop. Whenever I start my laptop, clock on lockscreen changes from 12 hr to 24 hr format ( or vice-versa depends upon time format that I set ). This transition feels annoying. How to avoid it?

Are you able shutdown/ restart the computer from the login screen or does it freeze completely and you have to force it
to shutdown?

This will let you boot to the window 10 recovery environment.
Try booting the system to the system to the safe mode and let me know if it boots.
Also you can try a system restore, in the advanced startup options.
