MBR/Automatic Repair/Factory Reinstall - then Full Reset

Question

I had an issue where the said first 3 were corrupt then i did a full reset and selected all drives and it worked... I am using the 1803 build OS   now,I will do a recap of what I did before my successfull reset.   I have done the sfc /scannow Dism commands in steps of three you know the way. Chkdsk command c: /r /f I think and regular chckdsk. I have tried automatic repair and it came back could not perform it. tried factory restore and could not find factory restore on system.... have gone through lots of steps,can't remember the exact commands for most. but,I have done most of the steps including bootrec and only 2 or 3 commands went through... I got the final bootrec commands back and it said 0 drives.   I have tried everything.   I have a SSD which is my C: I have a HDD which is my D: I have a E drive which is my E:   My laptop is a Dell Gaming laptop with no disk drive Inspiron 15 5576   The system image would be unchecked in system restore system properties then restore, It would show I have don't have enough space to restore the image disk.   now,I don't know where to look if it was successfull in making a  complete restore,it looks like it is working..I am re-updating and installing my apps and stuff.   If,worse comes,I want to get a copy of the system image factory for future backup use.... is there a copy of the system factory image from Dell's servers for my specific model Dell Inspiron 15 5576?   and can someone ,an expert give me a guide and manual walkthrough of how to make sure I can re-install the factory image if I need to? I do not know if there is one after my full reset?

from a professional point of view and knowing how pc work..if a full reset worked and everything is ok...then it was successful?

if (before my full reset) my dell factory image restore could not be found...then how did a full reset went through?

Assuming based on professional experience ,that it went through....is my factory image restored by default from a Full PC RESET???????
