My dell laptop takes too long to start
It's more than 6hrs but my laptop still preparing to start. Repeatedly diagnosing, but still do not start. I pressed f12 and run diagnostic it message prompt like this " ePSA 4236.5 alert."

The hard drive is failing or has failed. If you are under warranty, call Dell and they'll arrange a replacement.
If not, and you need assistance choosing a replacement drive, post the full system model number and someone can make a recommendation for you.
